Powdered electrolyte packets (some have sugar)
These work well to supplement my electrolytes. I run, and after doing some pretty long runs, I’ve noticed my leg muscles will involuntarily twitch after a long run, and when I take electrolytes my muscle do not twitch, so I take electrolytes after I go for a run. These seem to work fine, I have used them after long runs and not seen any muscle twitching. The flavor is a lot sweeter than some other electrolyte powders I have used, these have sucralose added to sweeten the flavor. I don’t really care for the sucralose or the sweetness, but the electrolytes are working for me so it’s fine. I noticed the packaging says “No sugar” and at least for the “berry flavor”, the ingredients has sugar listed as the 7th ingredient, with Total Sugars listed as 0 g on the nutrition facts… so I’m guessing there is some sugar in this but not enough to “have to” list it on the nutrition facts. I almost always take this as recovery after a run, so I’m not concerned about added sugars, but I thought I’d point this out in case people are trying to maintain ketosis and supplementing their electrolytes. Overall, this is probably not my favorite electrolyte powder based on the flavor, but the price for 50 packets of electrolyte mix is a great value, and it’s preventing my electrolyte imbalance muscle spasms, so I’m very happy with this product and I would recommend it to people who need some electrolytes. These packets are definitely much cheaper, have fewer calories and less packaging and waste than bottles of Propel fitness water or Gatorade type drinks that also help supplement electrolytes lost during exercise.

Good Flavor!
It definitely works with replenishing our electrolytes. We don't get leg cramps at night anymore after we've worked out or sweated all day. The only thing I wish they would change is the sucralose content. I'd rather have a natural sugar or a stevia product if I was going to use this long-term. That would be healthier, in my opinion. All the flavors taste great. We like putting it in our 24-ounce sports bottles. One pack is enough, unless you like it really strong.

Delicious, sweet, clear beverage every time
I love that I found these on Amazon. Previously, I've only been able to get this flavor by driving a half hour to my nearest Walmart and buying everything on the shelf. The pricepoint here is better and I don't have to go anywhere. This is our favorite flavor of beverage mixes in general. The flavor is full and no delicious, fruity but not overwhelming. And my partner likes to use them because they're one of the only brands whose flavor packets are clear and therefore okay for him to use at work.

VERY REFRESHING
This is not a heavy mix, and when added to water you can hardly see a change in the color of the water. It has a very pleasant taste and the cost was more reasonable than others I have bought. This summer will be the test when the hot weather comes in as to whether it works or not, but I have enjoyed adding this to my soda stream water this winter.

Better alternative than most sports drinks
I've been searching for Propel drinks in most of my local stores only to discover that the nearest place is in a different city. I wanted something that had electrolytes but didn't have any sugar, carbs, or coloring. Bottled Propel is great when you need something cold and when you don't need any of the previously mentioned extras. While I'm not exercising, I'm doing Keto and both of them need you to stay hydrated and filled with electrolytes. This way better and tastier than taking electrolyte pills and it won't take you out of ketosis because it doesn't have carbs or sugar. I've only recently discovered that Propel was available in powdered form or as a drink mix. It is more cost effective than buying Propel bottled. Let's say a bottle costs about $2 you only get one drink, for the same amount you get 10 packets per box of a single flavor getting you 10 drinks. You can choose to put it in a standard 16oz water bottle or you can add it to a glass of 20oz for a more diluted taste if it seems too concentrated. A better choice than most out there.

Perfect for hiking and everything else
I take these packs when backpacking in the mountains to offer something different than just filtered water. Love the sodium and electrolytes in propel. Really helps restore all the sweat and energy depletion after hiking for hours and hours.

and was ending up with horrible leg cramps at night
I am working out hard these days, and was ending up with horrible leg cramps at night. I needed electrolytes! At fist I was buying bottles of Propel. It solved the problem when drinking 1 to 2 bottles a day. However, I was horrified with how many bottles I used. These little packets solved both problems. No night leg cramps, and no plastic bottles. Win, win.

It’s got what plants crave.
I’m on Keto, so I have to make sure I’m replacing my electrolytes. These are very convenient, taste good, and don’t leave a bunch of grit in the bottom of my water bottle. Very happy.

LOVE IT!
I'm a runner, so I purchased these packets to help replenish and hydrate after a run. I absolutely love these! I'm not a fan of sports drinks at all (or anything with a "weird" taste) but these weren't anything like that! They don't have an after taste whatsoever and the flavors were great! I got 5 boxes in total - 2 grape, 1 raspberry lemonade, 1 kiwi strawberry, 1 berry. My favorites were grape, raspberry lemonade and berry! The kiwi strawberry weren't that great to me, but I still used them. It was a plus that they had zero sugar and calories! Super happy about these and will be purchasing more soon!
