Zero Negativity: The Power of Positive Thinking
NO.1 BESTSELLER ANT MIDDLETON SHARES HIS SECRETS ABOUT HIS POSITIVE MINDSET AND TEACHES YOU TO LIVE A LIFE WITH ZERO NEGATIVITY
There are times when life feels like it has you cornered: financial difficulties, relationship issues, work problems, all of the above. Every one of us, at one time or another, will have to face up to the challenges that come our way. And there are two ways of meeting them: negatively, where blame is the answer, where other people are at fault, where you haven’t been treated fairly. Or positively, where you own the situation, learn and grow from it, and become a better person at the end of it.
Letting you into areas of his life he’s never talked about before, in Zero Negativity, Ant will show you how to embrace failure and use it to your advantage, how to see change as the foundation of your future success, how to develop resilience, how to deal with bullies, what it means to be a positive roll model, and how to live a life with no regrets.
This book will not tell you who to be, where you should live, or what job you should do. That’s up to you. What this book is for, however, is to give you the tools you need to become the best possible version of yourself, to own who and what you are, and to live your life with Zero Negativity.

2 tours or 3?
About 1/2 way through the book he says 3 tours of Afghanistan, then a handful of pages later says 2 tours. Wouldn’t you remember? Skipped lightly over assaulting a female police officer He then goes on how he has left the military behind and all the jargon etc , but 'Who Dares Wins'' is (partly) based on exactly that Just one of a few things that don’t stack up But overall, there are a few things to take out of it
Insightful
I've read all 3 books and they have been evolving and delving into a way thats positive and showing by his example how he lives his life. Great read and inspirational.
Misleading title
This book is just a series of events in war zones chiefly Afghanistan and how Ant Middleton coped with his own positive thinking. Not motivating or inspiring. On one page chosen at random he used "I " 25 times and a scattering of "Me " or " Myself".It was not well written and the overuse of the "F " word unnecessary and frankly offensive. He will probably put a positive spin on these comments but I'm not aiming them at him just trying to stop people being conned into parting with their money for what is essentially a very boring uninspiring book
Not that keen!
Having read the previous two books I thought I would give this a go as well, I must admit I was disappointed, some of the things touched upon here are very much a case of ‘look at me, look at me’ Clearly the author has done some very good things in his own life and also some bad things but what he never fails to lose is his ego. He must be the worlds ‘Ardest man. Read this if you want the same ramblings as his previous book, don’t bother if you want more of the same.
Ego massage disguised as ‘help’
After reading The Fear Bubble and thinking that was great I was looking forward to more of the same from Zero Negativity. Unfortunately despite approaching it with positivity and high expectations I wasn’t really sure I was getting anything out of this and as has been noted by others it’s all very ‘me, me, me’. If you want to read about how great he is then by all means give it a read. If you think it’s something similar to The Fear Bubble that will give you some tools for certain aspects of your life then this isn’t it
DO NOT BOTHER
What a load of absolute rubbish. This mans ego knows no bounds, and he just talks about being the worlds greatest soldier. Then his wife pops up writing about how much she loves him. I’d you’re going to bother writing a book, do some research and make it worthwhile.
Scraping the Barrel really
I enjoyed the first two books, which encouraged me to buy the third. Really scraping the barrel with his one. I hope it does not morph into a fourth book. My wife and how she coped with daredevil me? His gran made this book so you never know!
A MUST BUY!!!
An amazing book by an amazing man, definitely definitely worth the read and also arrived very promptly and very well and safely packaged. The book itself was in absolute mint condition, WELL DONE ANT !!!!
Open and Honest
Probably the easiest read of the trilogy. Ant's open nature and honesty, plus his wife's account, is inspiring.
Brilliant as always
Love this man!! He talks sense and should be leading this country in everything.
